The Visiting Nurse plays a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This position involves assessing patients' health needs, developing care plans, and delivering nursing services to ensure optimal health outcomes. The Visiting Nurse works collaboratively with healthcare teams to support patients and their families, ensuring they receive compassionate and effective care.
Duties
Diabetic annual reviews including foot check
Asthma and COPD reviews
Dementia annual reviews
NHS Health checks
Phlebotomy
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 25.63-30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
