We are seeking a passionate and skilled Equestrian Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horse riding and sports coaching, with the ability to educate riders of all levels. This role involves developing training programmes, providing instruction, and fostering a safe and supportive environment for both horses and riders.
Duties
Design and implement training programmes tailored to individual rider needs and goals.
Educate riders on proper riding techniques, horse care, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular assessments of rider progress and adjust training methods accordingly.
Lead group lessons and individual sessions, ensuring a positive learning experience.
Maintain a safe riding environment by enforcing safety regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being of horses and the smooth operation of the facility.
Organise events, competitions, or clinics to promote engagement within the equestrian community.
Qualifications
Proven experience in equestrian coaching.
Strong knowledge of horsemanship - care, and training techniques.
Excellent communication skills with a keen focus in developing client relationships.
Ability to work well with individuals of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced riders.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching others about equestrian sport.
Relevant certifications in coaching or equestrian management are advantageous but not mandatory.
