Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and motivated Nursery Production Operatives to join our plant growing team. This is a hands-on role working with plants from early growth through to sale, supporting a busy and well-organised nursery operation.
You'll be part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality plants for retail and trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
Potting and transplanting young plants
Watering and caring for crops
Moving plants through different growth stages
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Following clear production plans and quality standards
