Duties

Providing excellent guest services by welcoming and assisting customers with their needs Assisting in food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and safety Serving food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining and service areas in line with food safety regulations Supporting catering events, including setting up, serving, and clearing after functions Ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times Assisting with general housekeeping duties within the establishment as required Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless service experiences for guests

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and food preparation techniques Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the establishment as needed Good organisational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Previous hotel or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential Must be able to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required

Pay: 12.21-18.00 per hour
