Commercial Services are actively seeking an Internal Hospitality and Marketing Coordinator to join our busy conference and events team. The post-holder will have responsibility for the administration and coordination of internal and hospitality booking as well as supporting the team with the marketing of facilities, though drafting physical and digital communications, updating web site and managing contact lists.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across Commercial Services in order to deliver inspirational customer service to our valued clients.
The post-holder must be an effective communicator and able to build rapport with different clients. The successful candidate will be confident in engaging with academics and administrators from departments, via telephone, email, and face-to-face. Excellent organisational skills are required in order to manage a busy inbox of requests, and proficiency in Microsoft packages is also a key requirement. Knowledge of event software is advantageous but by no means essential.
