Hospitality Assistant

Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm) Location: Cardiff, CF24 Salary Range: Up to 26,000 DOE

Reporting into the Hospitality Manager, this is a permanent full-time role to be based at our Cardiff site. You will assist the Hospitality Manager to deliver and manage class leading Hospitality and Customer Services ensuring that all performance targets and improvement plans for the site are achieved, with a focus on continuous improvement and value for money.

The key purpose of the role is:

To provide support to the Hospitality Manager Assist in managing the student letting cycle. To ensure we provide the best possible service to all customers including students, staff, Resident Student Wardens and visitors. To ensure compliance with all company policies and that they are adhered to.
The successful candidate for this role is required to have excellent customer care and communication skills, being able to understand the student needs and always providing a pastoral and wellbeing duty of care to the students.
