We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in London EC4A.
This is a permanent position wokring 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Shifts of either 7am to 3:30pm or 10:30am to 7pm.

This role involves preparing meeting rooms to specification, including arranging food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and order before, during, and after events. It requires ensuring all equipment functions properly and reporting issues to the facilities team. The position also includes greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive visitor experience. Coordination with other departments is essential to manage logistics, catering, and technical support. Additional responsibilities include supporting corporate events through setup and breakdown, and ensuring all spaces comply with health and safety regulations.
