Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in London EC4A.


This is a permanent position wokring 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Shifts of either 7am to 3:30pm or 10:30am to 7pm.

We are looking for a positive, honest and reliable employee to join our friendly and hardworking team. We can offer good training and prospects within our team for the right candidate.


This role involves preparing meeting rooms to specification, including arranging food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and order before, during, and after events. It requires ensuring all equipment functions properly and reporting issues to the facilities team. The position also includes greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive visitor experience. Coordination with other departments is essential to manage logistics, catering, and technical support. Additional responsibilities include supporting corporate events through setup and breakdown, and ensuring all spaces comply with health and safety regulations.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:




Have experience working in a similar role and environment Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy Have excellent customer service and social skills Be responsible for the preparation and serving of food to staff Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a team of 5 Be customer focused Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
