About the Client:
An investment and wealth management firm based in lovely brand new offices in the Victoria area. Operating for over 30 years, the business has a collaborative team of around 300 in the London office, with additional offices in Europe and the US.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic temp to perm Hospitality Assistant opportunity, which will involve:

• Working closely with the chef, waiters and the support team to arrange and deliver hospitality for meetings
• Booking and maintaining meeting rooms
• Keeping up to date with menus, allergens and dietary requirements
• Occasionally starting early / late to ensure events are adequately catered (handful of days per month)
• Supporting the wider hospitality team ad-hoc
• Some daily coverage of reception

Candidate Specification:

• Previous experience within catering / hospitality - either within hospitality industry or in a corporate setting
• Previous experience of working in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Muck-in attitude and team-oriented

Additional Information:

• Salary up to 35K depending on experience and role comes with additional benefits
• This is a temp to perm opportunity
• Typical hours are 10am-6pm, but flexibility required when there are events/depending on business needs - you will receive time off in lieu for overtime
• Due to the nature of the role this is a fully office-based opportunity
