As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization of our club, while providing vital support to our Concierge team. Your days will be filled with diverse responsibilities, and you'll have opportunity to engage with our valued guests and members. main role of this person would be doing walkarounds around building, running dishwashers, collecting cups from meeting rooms and office space, and taking guests up to meeting rooms. Key responsibilities include: - Ensuring club is impeccably clean and welcoming. - Assisting Concierge team with escorting guests and covering reception duties. - Preparing meeting rooms before and during meetings for optimal effectiveness. - Restocking kitchens and meeting rooms with necessary supplies such as stationery, glasses, and water jugs. - Safely delivering mail and parcels using our lift and trolley. - Supporting housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in kitchens and managing dishwashers. - Opening offices as required, ensuring a smooth start to each day. - Preparing communal drinks. - Completing any ad hoc tasks requested by our team in alignment with members' needs.
