Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including Bar work, catering and serving.. This role is mainly for weekends and evenings but some weekday availability would be a bonus!

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Maintaining high standards of Customer Service, quality and safety. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food/Bar safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any inquiries or concerns. Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away as required.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with bar work, catering services and food preparation techniques is advantageous. Knowledge of safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
