We are a multi-venue operation offering a range of modern food and beverages. These include alcohol sales at our gig venue, Metronome Bar, and a cafe-style service at Antenna, which operates a barista machine and everything in between, working on an exciting range of events. Specific duties include coordinating the team, serving food and beverages, promoting sales, responding to customer queries, and managing the cleanliness of the working area. These tasks will involve operating the cash register, managing stock, and performing some basic food preparation.
We operate over 4 campuses, 7 days a week, so a flexible approach to working hours and location is essential
You'll be a friendly, approachable person who strives to deliver fantastic customer service
Ideally, you'll have experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing, retail environment, but it's not essential
Working with food, it is important to maintain high hygiene standards, adhering to all health & safety and departmental standards and procedures.
