Role Purpose



Front-of-House Excellence

: Be the first face our clients and team members see--greet everyone with a warm welcome, offer refreshments, and create a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Community Engagement

: Build relationships with local suppliers and businesses, using these partnerships to craft unique experiences for our team.

Bespoke Requests

: Support the senior management team and department heads with hospitality needs, from sourcing thoughtful gifts to booking travel and planning team events.

Meeting & Space Management

: Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring all sessions are well-prepared and catered for as needed.

Environment Upkeep

: Maintain an inviting, clean, and organized office environment; proactively report and coordinate repairs to keep everything running smoothly.

Event Planning and Execution

: Help coordinate and host team events like monthly socials, networking events, and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with our People & Culture and Marketing teams.

Food & Beverage Oversight

: Manage stock levels, place orders, clean beer lines, and plan catering for both day-to-day and special occasions (training provided).

Health & Safety

: Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.

Team Hospitality

: Provide catering for staff events--think breakfasts, afternoon teas, and celebrations.

Space Management

: Take responsibility for opening and closing our office spaces with care and consistency.

Who You Are



You bring a background in hospitality and a passion for creating meaningful experiences. You're proactive, personable, and always one step ahead. You love bringing ideas to life and going beyond expectations. You're organised, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You are confident speaking to VIP/High wealth clients and maintaining a professional attitude at all times. Knowledge of Social Media platform and content creation preferable. Previous experience of bar, restaurant, hotel or events experience with hosting/reception work is essential. Bar and Barista experience would be ideal.
