Working Pattern: Monday to Friday between 7am & 9pm
Contract Type: Permanent
Hourly Rate: 13.36 - 13.36
Are you outgoing and friendly? Can confidently build rapport with customers and colleagues? As a Hospitality Food Host with ISS UK you will be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients. The role of a Hospitality Food Host is a key responsibility, and this is why we seek and develop unique individuals to lead the way, enabling you to be at the forefront of creating an exceptional experience for all who visit the workplace.

The Role
- Create a positive food experience for guests and colleagues and provide amazing customer service at all times
- Be an exceptional spokesperson and engage with your guests queries about food offer
- Build your knowledge of your environment and promote the various destinations, food services and activities
- Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with guests and colleagues
- Keep an eye out for any innovations or improvements we can make to the workplace, site experience and culture, and be ready to share your ideas
- Emanate a positive energy during service

- You have fantastic customer service skills and you're ready to take it to the next level
- You have a social and welcoming personality and can engage with everyone professionally
- You're a team player but can confidently work independently
- You consider others and have the drive to help wherever you can
