Are you a passionate and experienced Head Chef with a background in banqueting and fine dining? We're recruiting for a talented culinary leader to join a dynamic team at a prestigious contract catering site in London.

The Role:
As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for the overall kitchen operation, managing a talented brigade, and delivering exceptional food and service across a range of hospitality functions. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong leader who thrives in a busy, quality-driven environment.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Head Chef experience in a high-volume hospitality or contract catering setting
Strong background in banqueting and fine dining
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for food, innovation, and high standards
Ability to manage costs, stock, and ensure compliance with health & safety
