Job Title: Hospitality Host
Contract Type: Temporary from November 2025 to March 2026
Location: Based at The Country Garage
Hours of Work: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 8:30am to 6:00pm and every other Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm (Flexible to cover job sharing role)
Salary: Competitive salary

About the role
The Role:
Key Responsibilities
Warm Welcome: Greet every visitor upon arrival and guide them to the appropriate department with professionalism and courtesy.
Customer Care: Provide refreshments to customers and visiting BMW representatives, ensuring a high standard of service.
Coffee Bar Maintenance: Keep the Coffee Bar area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Team Support: Collaborate with fellow Hospitality Hosts to ensure smooth job-sharing operations, and provide cover during holidays and sick leave.
Professional Conduct & Appearance: Represent the BMW/MINI brand with a polished, professional appearance and behaviour at all times.
Time Management & Independence: Manage tasks efficiently during busy periods and take initiative to uphold service standards without direct supervision.

Required Criteria

• A minimum of 1 years previous customer service experience, preferably in a front-of-house of hospitality role
• Basic food & beverage handling knowledge
• Ability to greet and engage with visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Demonstratable experience in being able to maintain a clean, tidy and presentable environment
• Willing to work as part of a team and cover shifts during periods of leave
• Commitment to upholding the premium image of BMW/MINI Brand through personal presentation and behaviour
