We're looking for a

Crew Member Intern

to join our team for six weeks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain experience in a premium dessert and hospitality environment. You'll learn how a great venue runs day-to-day -- teamwork, service flow, attention to detail, and keeping standards high during busy shifts.

You don't need experience -- just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. We're looking for someone who is:

Responsibilities

As a Crew Member Intern, you'll:

Welcome and support guests, helping create a premium, positive atmosphere. Support the service flow: seating, checking on tables, clearing and resetting. Help guests with ordering and answer questions politely and confidently. Assist with running items, dessert presentation/finishing and packaging (where trained). Help keep the venue clean, tidy, stocked and "guest-ready" at all times. Follow food hygiene, safety and cleanliness routines. Support stock organisation and restocking so shifts run smoothly. Work closely with the team to problem-solve and adapt during busy periods.

If you have an interest in social media, you may also help create short-form content (TikToks/Reels) showcasing desserts, behind-the-scenes and the guest experience.

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 38 per week
