Key Responsibilities:
Create a caring service experience aligned with family values: compassion, empathy, and transparency.
Foster a positive work environment emphasizing teamwork, improvement, and excellent service.
Deliver exceptional experiences for residents, exceeding their expectations.
Oversee food service operations in collaboration with the chef.
Develop engaging activities promoting residents' interests, fun, and well-being.
Maintain high cleanliness standards and a welcoming environment.
Address maintenance issues promptly to keep the facility in top condition.
Manage the hospitality budget to meet targets while controlling costs.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Ensure staff are trained and equipped for effective performance.
Uphold compliance with regulations, health and safety, and employment laws, maintaining thorough records.
Skills and Attributes:
Previous hospitality management experience, preferably with some hotel experience.
Excellent communication, motivational, and people management skills.
Genuine interest in engaging residents and their families.
Strong organisational skills with good time management.
Hands-on approach with warmth and a passion for people.
