Food & Beverage Operations Manager
Belfast, Northern Ireland (Eglantine Avenue)
Full-time | 32,000 - 36,000 per year

A leading hospitality venue in Belfast is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across a busy bar, restaurant, and events space. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hands-on professional looking to take the next step in their hospitality career.
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations across all food and beverage outlets.
Ensure outstanding guest experiences through high service standards.
Contribute to menu planning and supplier management.
Recruit, train, and lead a motivated F&B team.
Implement and maintain SOPs, policies, and departmental targets.
Drive operational improvements and ensure profitability.
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and communication.
Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs.
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage leadership role.
Strong working knowledge of hospitality operations and local market trends.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team while achieving commercial goals.
Strong organisational, communication, and financial management skills.
Additional Information:
Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The role involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
