We're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly

Hospitality Supervisor

to join our team, providing memorable experiences in our hospitality spaces across His Majesty's Theatre, Music Hall and the Lemon Tree. Various shift patterns are available, including full-time hours for the right candidate.


Our Hospitality Supervisors work across all venues assisting the day-to-day operations and management of our hospitality spaces. In addition to bars across all three venues, we have a full-service restaurant and a cafe, open daily from Tuesday to Saturday. Our Hospitality Supervisors take the lead with running all shifts and overseeing any conferencing and events catering across the sites.

Guest experience is central to everything we do - our aim is to raise the bar for hospitality at live events. As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will supervise, train, and support the team, showing leadership from the front to ensure all experiences in our venues compliment the magic happening on stage.


In addition to strong bar or restaurant experience in a supervisory capacity, you will bring confidence & flexibility, as well as being a great communicator. As an organisation, we are passionate about team development, and there are many learning opportunities across the venues.

What youll be doing



Supervise, train, and support hospitality staff to ensure excellent service and smooth operations. Lead by example, providing a welcoming and efficient customer experience. Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and stock control. Assist in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless venue operations.

About You




Were looking for someone with:

Experience in a hospitality role at a supervisory level. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Confidence in managing a fast-paced hospitality environment. Knowledge of health and safety, licensing, and customer service best practices. The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenges with professionalism. A flexible approach to work, including evenings and weekends.
