Your role as a Meallmore Housekeeping Supervisor will include:

Have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work, leading by example. Honest, reliable, kind, compassionate genuine interest in the hospitality and environmental aspects of the service Ability to cope under pressure in a calm and efficient manner to set deadlines Good interpersonal skills with residents, visitors and the whole care home staff team Able to organise and plan ahead (e.g. ordering, cleaning schedules, audit and non-care invoicing)

Skills and Requirements:

Experienced in delivering high quality housekeeping standards including the laundry area Experienced in managing a housekeeping team Understanding of budgets and budget delivery Experienced in working with chemicals and COSHH

13.04 + overtime rates + benefits
