Hospitality Supervisor

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30-15:00
Salary: 13.50 per hour / 26,415.12 per annum
Are you ready to take the lead in delivering outstanding hospitality services? We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at a large, modern site in Bolton, featuring multiple hospitality suites and function rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional hospitality services across the site
- Support the catering team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
- Act as a key contact for clients and guests during events
- Previous experience in hospitality and events
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Confident IT skills and ability to use relevant systems
- A proactive and professional approach to service delivery
