Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Hospitality Team Member to join our team. As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our customers. Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs

- Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience

- Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food safety practices are followed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service

- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

- Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
