Skills

Previous experience in a hospitality setting is desirable but not essential Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner Excellent phone etiquette and organisational abilities Administration experience Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods Professional appearance and positive attitude towards guests and colleagues Basic understanding of hotel or restaurant operations is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.13 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
