As a

Host at Hawksmoor

, you'll be the first face our guests see and the tone-setter for their entire experience. This is a warm, active role at the heart of the restaurant -- welcoming guests, managing the flow of service, and supporting the floor team to keep everything running smoothly. It's not a desk job: you'll be on your feet, interacting with guests and working closely with the team throughout service.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests with warmth and confidence, making everyone feel genuinely looked after Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists during service Seat guests and manage the flow of the restaurant to support smooth service Look after the cloakroom and guest arrivals during busy periods Support the floor team by helping set tables, reset sections and assist service when needed Communicate clearly with managers, reservations and the waiting team throughout service
