Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive. This role requires a passion for hospitality and the ability to create a positive experience for all patrons.
Duties
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and inviting attitude. Maintain an organised waiting list during peak times, ensuring timely seating. Communicate effectively with Management to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the entrance area. Uphold high standards of guest services, reflecting the Nightclubs values.
Requirements
Strong hospitality skills with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
