. This is a front-of-house role suited to someone friendly, reliable and organised, with a strong customer-service focus.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
Handling bookings and guest enquiries (in person, phone and email)
Providing support to guests and resolving day-to-day issues
Monitoring reception areas and maintaining a safe environment
Handling keys, access cards and basic records
Liaising with cleaning and maintenance teams when required
Following health & safety and safeguarding procedures
What We're Looking For
Friendly and professional manner
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Comfortable using basic computer systems
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Previous hospitality, reception or customer-service experience is desirable but not essential
