Castle Hot Tubs is a family business selling hot tubs, saunas, chill tubs, swim spas and other leisure good across South and West Wales.

You will be based out of our main office in Hayscastle, Haverfordwest where our close team work together to deliver a first class service to our customers.

So, what will I actually be doing?

Working as part of the installation team you'll carry out installations of hot tubs, heat pumps, swim spas, saunas and other leisure goods throughout Wales.

consistent heavy lifting

, endurance, and the ability to work long hours on your feet in a physically intense environment.

You'll be expected to turn your hand to jobs such as:

Constructing Wooden Saunas, Mechanical Pergolas and other Garden Structures - This requires a variety of skills, from basic carpentry to roofing. Loading / Unloading of hot tubs at warehouse facility using fork-lift truck Delivering / Installation of Hot Tubs, Chill Tubs and Sauna Greeting Clients / Co-ordinating Installation Advising clients on technical information Cleaning of company vehicles and warehouse Carry out service calls to diagnose /fix / repair fault on hot tubs

The finer details...

You will work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.

Some installations may require a longer working day or an overnight stay so overtime is an important requirement and you will be expected to start earlier and finish later during busy periods.

This role requires a fair amount of traveling which means you will be out on the road several hours a day.

You will also be expected to work in all weather conditions.

The role is hands-on and ideal for someone physically fit, hot tubs can weigh around 500kg so being very strong with experience in manual handling is essential.

You'll also need to be confident, as you need to be able to communicate clearly with our customers.
