Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Hot Tub Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance and construction. This role involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of hot tubs, ensuring that they operate efficiently and safely. A background in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture will be advantageous as you may also assist with surrounding areas. Hours are flexible on a rota basis.

Duties will involve general maintenance of our hot tubs and premises . daily Maintenance and cleaning of our Hot Tubs ensuring they are all ready for guests as well as ensuring all areas of the property are well presented. Experience is preferred for this but training will be provided.

This is an outdoor role, involving working outside.

Responsibilities



Install and set up hot tubs at customer locations, ensuring proper functionality. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs, addressing any mechanical issues. Use hand tools, power tools, and excavators to complete installations and repairs. Conduct landscape maintenance around hot tub installations, including irrigation systems. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.

Requirements



Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance and construction. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and excavators. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including irrigation systems. Experience in gardening or horticulture is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
