We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hot Tub Technician to join our team.

CET have very high profile clients including AC Milan, Arsenal FC, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Man Utd, Newcastle Utd, Wembley Stadium, Wimbledon etc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.

As an Ice Bath Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of ice baths, ensuring that they operate efficiently and safely. Your expertise in using hand and power tools will be essential in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Based preferably in the Midlands but not essential, as we have a service facility in Loughborough.

Customers can be based anywhere in GB but mostly England and occasionally in Wales or Scotland.

Responsibilities

Install hot tubs according to manufacturer specifications and local regulations. Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on hot tubs and ice baths, including plumbing and electrical systems. Troubleshoot issues related to heating, filtration, and water quality. Use hand tools and power tools as required. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their ice bath needs and provide recommendations for maintenance. Complete site surveys and advise customers on technical issues.

Requirements

Proven experience in a trade such as electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Valid driving licence is essential for travelling to job sites - company van provided. A willingness to learn new skills related to ice bath technology and maintenance.
