Accounts Assistant - Aldwark Manor Estate- 16 hours per week (flexible on days this can be worked into)
We're looking for a Hotel savvy Accounts person to work in a small team and reporting into the Accounts Office Manager
Pay: 12.75 an hour + share of troncs

Role In Our Estate
Providing admin support for the finance team
Imputing items onto 'Logit' stocktaking platform
Inputting invoices
Understanding of Sage 50 a benefit but not essential
Chasing outstanding payments via email and phone
Dealing with general queries
Performing revenue audits
Performing ad hoc tasks as required
Liaising with internal departments
Assisting with account reconciliations
This is a role that can be for someone new into Hotel finance operation who enjoys imputing and is task orientated. You'll play a key role in supporting the Accounts team and the Accounts Office Manager ensuing our process and procedures are followed efficiently.
