is looking for a casual

Guest Services Assistant

to join our team in Blackpool and help out in busy periods! Perfect for someone who is outgoing, understands excellent customer service, is great at multi-tasking and can be flexible with shift availability.

You'll be working in

Reception, the

restaurant and bar

as needed, and we'll make sure you're trained to deliver great customer service in all areas. In return, we offer a wage of up to

12.21 per hour.

The role

Serving in the bar and restaurant Greeting and checking in guests on Reception Handling phone and email enquiries Occasional food preparation Delivering consistently great customer service Working a mix of early and late shifts, midweek and weekends

Who we're looking for

We're looking for an honest, reliable team player with a year or more's

experience in restaurants, hotels or hospitality

. Ideally we want someone familiar with hotel reception and who can take payments and do check-ins. Someone who is happy to be on their feet and can always find a smile for a guest is great. As the role will involve some work behind the bar, we do kindly ask that only those

aged 18 or above

apply. We need someone who can be flexible with their shift availability, and who can do both midweek and weekends, early and late shifts.
