Job Summary:
We are seeking an Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team and support the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of services provided.
Duties:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in daily operational tasks
- Supervise staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Assist in managing reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Support in implementing and maintaining hotel policies and procedures
- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing training for current staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
