We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Business Sales Manager to oversee our Sales & Marketing department and drive growth within the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B & B2C sales and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills. Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and growth strategies.
Lead training sessions for staff on best practices in sales techniques and customer engagement.
Skills
Experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting targets around Accommodations & Events .
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions in Food & Beverage department.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client interactions effectively.
Fluency is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster strong working relationships with in the team and higher management.
Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
