New Business Sales Manager - Finance Brokerage

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to 60,000 + Performance Bonus

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for training and developing people? Do you have a background in asset finance or business lending and want to play a pivotal role in scaling a fast-growing finance brokerage?

New Business Sales Manager

to take full ownership of our new starters during their first 9-12 months with us.

This is not a traditional sales manager role - it's about building the foundations of success for every new hire. You'll be:

Training and coaching new starters in sales skills, compliance, products, and processes. Acting as their go-to support, mentor, and motivator during the crucial first year. Running structured training sessions, 1-to-1s, and regular check-ins. Preparing them to graduate into our senior sales teams as confident, capable professionals.
You'll need:
? Proven sales experience (finance background strongly preferred).
? Knowledge of asset finance / business lending and ideally our lender panel.
? Experience running sales training sessions and coaching individuals.
? Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
? The drive to help Crown grow by building high-performing sales teams.
