Concierge

Lochside House Hotel

30-40 Hours / Week

We are seeking a Hotel Porter/Concierge for Lochside House Hotel, Lodges & Spa to assist with the smooth running and exceptional service provided to all guests. Our ideal concierge will be warm, bubbly, engaging, genuine and absolutely committed to ensuring every guest with whom they interact remembers them for the outstanding level of customer service they deliver. Your personality and commitment to our guests are much more important to us than your previous experience; we would be delighted to train the right individual.

Your duties will include:

Ensure guests receive a pleasant and efficient service at all times, relieving them of their luggage and escorting guests to their rooms. Keeping the public area of the hotel clean and tidy. Dealing with all guest enquiries, answering phone as needed. Small maintenance tasks as they arise. Being familiar with all hotel facilities, in house dining, room service and local amenities to be able to provide guests with relevant information. Serving resident and non-residents drinks. Preparing function rooms for service and events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 12.31 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
