The Role:

We are seeking a proactive, guest-focused

Hotel Duty Manager

to support and oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all departments during your shift to ensure smooth operations. Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling any queries, complaints, or special requests. Lead by example, motivating staff and maintaining a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing laws. Support the General Manager and Heads of Department with operational and administrative tasks. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service across the hotel. Manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.

About You:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Strong leadership qualities and a hands-on approach. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
