Hotel Duty Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team and this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for that next step in their career as we are completing our expansion. We also offer Christmas and New Year off as holiday a rare treat in the hospitality industry
General Responsibilities
Work closely with the General Manager and other duty managers Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate, lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest services. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel. Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing support for team development. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the establishment.
Requirements
Experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting is desirable. Great leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Proficiency in using hotel management software is beneficial but not essential.
N.B - Must be able to reliably commute to and from the hotel as no live in accommodation is provided - if own transport some subsidised accommodation may be available within our estate but not at the hotel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
