Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Assist with room assignments and ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
Address any guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
Maintain the front desk area in an organised manner, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective guest interaction.
A friendly disposition with a passion for providing exceptional guest services.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
