Hotel Receptionist
Salary: DOE
Job types: Full Time and Part Time roles available
The Salthouse Hotel is expanding! We are looking for hard-working and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to join our growing Front Office reception team and take advantage of this exciting employment opportunity.
Answer incoming enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face
Checking guests in and out of the hotel and eco-lodges
Providing guests with highest level of customer service
Daily money handling
Preparation of guest bills
Maximize sales opportunities
Follow Daily Checklists and Tasks
General office admin
Operate hotel switchboard
Systems Used:(experience advantageous but full training will be provided):
Guest Line
Resdiary (Restaurant reservations)
Microsoft Office
Requirements:
Shift Work: available mornings, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications
Strong guest service skills and a passion for hospitality Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
