Job Description
We are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our small hard working friendly team.
Due to the nature and location of this job, we are looking someone over the age of 18. Weekend/evening and bank holiday work will be required.
For the right candidate there will be the opportunity to progress further.
Duties to include
Checking guests in/out to/from the hotel with a friendly and welcoming manner. Have full and complete knowledge of all our food and wine menus (with training) Operate our till system Check and update emails/ bookings using our in house system Serve drinks & meals to customers. Clear tables Setting up restaurant/function suite for events Answer the telephone for restaurant/room bookings & general enquiries Cash handling Opening/locking up at the beginning/end of shift.
