We are now seeking a
hands-on, commercially minded General Manager
to lead our team, enhance the guest experience, and drive the business forward.
About the Role:
As General Manager, you will take full operational and commercial responsibility for the hotel, leading day-to-day activities while setting a clear strategic direction. You will inspire the team, uphold high service standards, and use your
sales and marketing experience
to increase visibility, bookings, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all hotel departments including rooms, food and beverage, leisure, and housekeeping
Lead, coach, and motivate departmental managers and staff
Ensure exceptional guest experience and manage guest feedback proactively
Develop and implement local sales, marketing, and promotional strategies
Maintain control of budgets, cost management, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal standards
Represent the hotel in the local community and build strong relationships with partners
About You:
Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role
Proven commercial acumen with hands-on experience in sales and marketing
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and guest service
Excellent financial, operational, and people management abilities
Understanding of hotel systems and industry best practices
Hospitality qualification (desirable)
