We are a busy 120 bedroom hotel based on Junction 10 of the M6 motorway - we are looking to recruit a Guest Service Manager with a bias to work in the F&B department although the role is multiskilled and we need a manager that is experienced in all areas of the hotel -as no two days are the same and you may be required to supervise any area of the hotel at times during times of holiday and sickness.
Working knowledge of Health and Safety is essential as well as willingness to immerse yourself in IHG Brand standards and ensure staff are working towards them at all times.
Full training will be given on hotel policies and procedures
Shifts are 5 days per week 7-3pm/3-11pm and include weekends and bank holidays
Uniform and Meals on Duty provided
At least 3 years experience in a similar role is essential
