Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a vital member of our hospitality staff, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in guest rooms and public areas. Replenish supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other necessities in guest rooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly. Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure a steady supply of clean linens. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
