Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all areas of the accommodation are clean and well-maintained, including hallways, lobbies, and common areas
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is essential
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in a hospitality setting
- Ability to work independently & part of a team and efficiently with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects up and down stairs as needed (laundry, hoover etc)
