Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition. Assist with laundry duties when necessary. Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns professionally.

Experience

Previous hotel housekeeping experience is highly desirable. A background in hospitality or janitorial services will be advantageous. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition are important for guest interactions.
