Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our 4 hotels, The Scholar Hotel; The Scott or KM Hotel & Apartments, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as you will be responsible for upholding the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness. Vacuum carpets and mop floors to uphold hygiene standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary. Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring all linens are clean and well-presented. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. A friendly disposition with a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the day, including lifting and moving items as needed.

Pay: 22,995.00-24,144.00 per year
