Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed. Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture. Empty and dispose of waste properly. Restock supplies such as toiletries Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department. Follow hotel safety and sanitation policies. Assist with laundry duties as needed. Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties. Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
