Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness - Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and polishing surfaces - Change bed linen and make beds - Manage laundry duties including washing, ironing, and folding clothes - Stock and maintain cleaning supplies inventory - Notify management of any repairs required Skills: - Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping roles - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to cook basic meals is desirable - Experience working in a hotel setting is advantageous Benefits: - Competitive salary - Opportunities for career development and growth within the company Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Excellent attention to detail - Good physical health and stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently
