As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing staff to deliver high-quality services.
Duties
Supervising hotel staff in various departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and catering
Managing budgets, financial plans, and setting financial targets
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
Skills
Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a diverse team
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and employees
Proficiency in hospitality management principles and practices
Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for catering to international guests
Experience in human resources management within a hotel setting
Ability to provide exceptional guest services while maintaining high standards of quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 14.50-16.00 per hour
