We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed establishment. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, restaurant, housekeeping, and maintenance. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high service standards. Supervise and train staff across various departments, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development. Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a well-staffed team. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and expense control, to achieve operational goals. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel's services and special offers effectively. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring the hotel meets industry standards.

Experience

Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for visitors. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele. Familiarity with human resources practices related to hiring, training, and employee relations is advantageous. A solid understanding of hotel operations, including front office systems and housekeeping procedures.
